Terms and Conditions   

• All advertisments will be posted for 90 days at a cost of $25 per ad. (Please contact Double JJ Unlimited, Inc. for payment details)
• The vehicles advertised are strictly for private sale and are not sold on consignment.
• The vehicles advertised are for direct private sales and will not be accepted for advertisement on an auction sale basis.
• All sales negotiations, sale transactions and other communications are strictly between the "Seller" and the "Buyer" without exception. 
• Double JJ Unlimited, Inc. is not a participant of, and will not acknowledge or accept responsibility for the sales negotiations, sales transactions, exchange of monies or other communications conducted between the "Seller" and the "Buyer".
• At no time will Double JJ Unlimited, Inc. or its employees acknowledge or accept any responsibility  for any complaints or grievances between the "Seller" and the "Buyer".
• Abuse of advertising privileges will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly.

Double JJ Unlimited reserves the right to remove any paid advertisement prior to the end of the "Seller's" advertising period.
